To make changes to W-4 :

1. Go to https://fusdhrv11.fresnounified.org/lawson/portal/index.htm
   This will take you to Lawson.
   
2. Then go to bookmarks > Employee Self-Services > Pay > Tax Withholdings

You can update your personal information (Ex: Address, Phone Number, Direct Deposit, and Tax Withholdings) as well as print your check advices using Employee Self Service (ESS) in Lawson. You must be on the Fresno Unified network to log into ESS.

Follow the steps below and let us know if you have any questions.

1. FUSD Website: https://www.fresnounified.org
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Staff Portal
3. Under Popular Pages on the top right of the screen, select Lawson & ESS
4. Log in using your Outlook credentials
5. Go to Menu > Employee Self-Service > Pay
   • Pay Advice
   • Direct Deposit
   • Tax Withholdings
   • Print W2
6. Menu > Employee Self-Service > Life Events
   • Move (Update Address/Phone Number)
